Overall, Tammy made my home buying process as easy as possible. She was very informative about each step. She stayed on top of things to make sure I had all the required documents needed and at the right time to make sure we kept our closing date but was also patient and understanding. However, I did get a little confused working with the different processors and what was needed - I received 2 different gift letter requests and was told by one processor that I would need to wire my closing funds but Tammy told me that I would a cashier’s check the day of closing.

It just doesn't get better than Tammy Whitley when it comes to loan officers. Tammy goes well above and beyond to ensure her clients are well-taken care of throughout the whole process. She is available at all times and works the loan as if it was her own! We are thrilled to secure our second home loan through Tammy and will use her again when the time comes!
