Sue lives on beautiful Beaver Lake in Northwest Arkansas. Originally from Colorado, Sue and her husband have fallen in love with the beauty of Arkansas and the Ozark Mountains. She joined Community Mortgage in 2016. 

Prior to getting her mortgage license in 2013, Sue spent 20 years as a Realtor and Title Company Closer. Her husband is a Contractor and together they own investment properties and have done many Fix & Flip projects. All this gives her a unique, well-rounded view of the business. Not only does she understand issues from a mortgage lending perspective, but she knows what it’s like to be in the Realtors shoes. She can anticipate issues that might arise during the title process and knows what it’s like to be a homebuyer. 

In her free time, Sue likes to travel. She can be found with her husband and Boykin Spaniel, Turbo driving and camping across the U.S. or scuba diving the beautiful oceans of the world. Sue is the proud mother of two adult children and one grandson, with hopes of more to come!
