My only complaint could be that you don’t have an app and I needed to be contacting Santiago to get an estimate of my monthly payment, with an app I could check anytime any house and get my own estimate and don’t have to wait for Santiago to reply

I am writing this to share my experience with Community Mortgage loan officer Santiago Mejia. It was a wonderful experience working with him. I already had loan qualification letter from other bank. As per my contract the closing date was very near. A couple of other lenders clearly said that they can not meet that date. But when I contacted Santiago, he promptly took needed actions and assured me that we will meet the closing date. Not only he made me clear about all the steps in the loan, he also guided me at every step. Being a first time home buyer, it was an awesome experience with him. I am very satisfied with the service he provided and the rate he offered me. He is very respectful and responds quickly to all the queries and requests. The whole process was stress free and transparent. I will definitely recommend him and contact him if I again need in future.
