From the first day until the last day at closing Community Mortgage made it such an easy process. They worked with you and for you to make sure there was no problems. Buying my first home was a very tough process. I did not know what terminology to use and was also constantly asking definitions for most words used. My loan officer made sure I knew exactly what each term meant when discussing the loan. Being a very busy individual it was quiet difficult to manage getting the correct loan information to the company at a reasonable time. They would need certain information right at the moment, which did not work well with my work schedule. I hope the next loan I complete will communicate with me more in advance for information needed. Minus not working well with my work schedule I was pleased with Community Mortgage.
