Community Mortgage (Cordova) is an A+ Corporation, and I would encourage all seeking and uncertain potential buyers to give them a call. I contacted Loan Officer (Judy Crenshaw) in April of 2017, just to see what the possibilities would be of becoming a homeowner again. I was very reluctant to pursue a buying option, mainly because I didn't feel that my credit was strong enough.
