Overall, I was pleased. However, communication could have been better. Check in with your clients to see how the process is going. Secondly, I was disappointed with how Pamela Frazier handled verifying income(when it comes to verifying certain payments). It WAS NOT conveyed to me in the beginning of the process that EVERYTHING(monetary) associated with the purchase of my home had to be verified through the bank. Some of us have income(rental houses) that doesn't have to be deposited in the bank. So, it's my business to have the funds(wherever I want them)even if it's under my mattress!! She couldn't verify a couple of payments so prepayments were added to the loan. Fortunately, I had funds to cover. Pamela Frazier made the comment " I'm a milliemun and I don't carry cash. I also don't know anyone who carries cash! She's NOT in my situation so she should have kept that comment to herself!
