Up To $10,000 For Memphis Fire Fighters, EMTs, & Paramedics

10% of Sales Price, not to Exceed $10,000 1. Property must be located in the City of Memphis. 2. Must be employed by the Memphis Fire Department for 1 year. 3. Maintain employment for 5 years after closing. 4. Must take an 8 hour homebuyers' course if you are a first time homebuyer or if you haven't owned a home in 3 years. 5. No Income Restrictions
