Payments Online is for Community Mortgage Loan Officers and Processors use. Customers, please contact your Loan Officer or Processor if you wish to use your Credit Card for payments.

Community Mortgage can accept credit card payments for services using Sage Payment Solutions. Payments are typically made for:

• Credit Report

• Underwriting Fee

• Appraisal Fee

• Final Inspections

NO ONLINE MORTGAGE PAYMENTS ALLOWED!

Note: Loan Officers submitting payments for customers should print a receipt. Place this in the borrower file and give a copy to your borrower. Please type the Loan Number, Borrower's name, purpose of the charge and the Loan Officer's name in the Note/Memo Field.
